Position Overview:

To create industrial graphics for various types of print based on customers’ order specifications. Industrial Nameplate Inc. Graphic Designers primarily use Adobe Illustrator to create custom industrial warning labels, signs and tags.

Essential Functions:

  • Proofread and ensure all quality standards are met prior to printing
  • Perform general maintenance on Oyo transparency film printing machine
  • Design industrial parts according to customer’s specifications/samples/engineering prints
  • File and organize job folders
  • Correspond and interact with customers related to job orders via phone, email, or walk in appointments
  • Assist General Manager with various Graphics tasks as requested
  • Keep a tidy and organized work station
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field of design.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production field preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of design principles with ability to create mechanical files with technical expertise.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and approach to job and group responsibilities.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of graphic design programs, typography, composition, color proofing, print processes, and project specs/engineering prints
  • Must be deadline oriented, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Detail oriented, able to proof-read, and prioritize tasks.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a pleasant office environment
  • Work hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description

Our growing company is seeking to hire an Accounting and HR Manager to join our Leadership Team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for our AWESOME Team Members and directly support the Owner in business activities. This role will be involved in assisting the Owner in making important strategic decisions as well as the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and processes as needed. You will be preforming human resources, accounting and finance, and general management duties ultimately helping to promote an intentional company culture that encourages AWESOMENESS and INNOVATION.

The Accounting and HR Manager must have a POSITIVE MINDSET and support Company and employee growth, continuous improvement activities, and understand the importance of providing the “WOW” factor through community and customer service.

Essential Functions:

Leadership:

  • Be an example of positive and self-motivated Leadership for the organization.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages AWESOMENESS and INNOVATION.
  • Plan and actively engage in employee and company activities such as celebrating employee achievements, employee birthdays, company volunteering, community event involvement, company celebrations, incentive lunches, team building activities, etc.
  • Organize and lead all-company quarterly performance (KPI) meetings.

Human Resources:

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures as needed.
  • Support COMMUNICATION and ACCOUNTABILITY at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitored appropriately. Responsible for compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
  • Manage the employee life cycle: recruitment and selection, performance management, benefit administration, leadership coaching, and terminating.
  • Responsible for running payroll and maintaining the system (iSolved).
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with third-party benefit vendors.

Accounting and Finance:

  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to the Owner.
  • Develop, maintain, and plan budgeting for office supplies and inventory/material management system.
  • Complete daily accounting duties such as bookkeeping, processing invoices, and managing accounts receivables and accounts payable.
  • Accurately close the books each month in a timely manner.

General Operations:

  • Work with Leadership Team to develop and implement short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats for the company.
  • In collaboration with the General Manager and production team, plan, design, prioritize, and implement initiatives that result in continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organizational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage security system
  • Develop Safety program and incentives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, HR or other related field.
  • 4+ years of HR and accounting experience. Experience in public accounting a plus.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO 9001:2015 standards a plus.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all walks of life.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
